Made a typo or moving digs? No stress — hit us up at support@brainbear.com ASAP. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll get it fixed.
Once your order leaves HQ, you'll get a tracking link straight to your inbox. Click it. Refresh it. Stalk it. Watch your Brain Bears make their way to you.
Rare, but it happens. If tracking shows it's gone rogue, email us. We'll either resend your order or refund you. Your brain fuel is guaranteed to arrive.
Sometimes customs or couriers need a little more time. Standard can take up to 10 business days, Express usually 3-4. If it's running late beyond that, hit up support and we'll chase it down.

Nope. Brain Bear™ covers it all. What you see at checkout is what you pay — no hidden fees, no customs headaches.
Simple. If Brain Bear™ doesn't arrive, we'll replace or refund. If it arrives damaged, send us a pic and we'll fix it. Opened products can't be returned (for safety reasons), but we stand behind our 365-Day Brain-Back Guarantee — if you're not feeling it, we'll make it right.
